SHIPMENTS & COVID-19

We have had several inquiries regarding shipping, so we thought it may be a good idea to update our customers and let them know what steps we will be taking during this trying time.   

  • We will be temporarily extending our handling time a bit as we are now under a Statewide Stay-Home Order.  The USPS has stopped accepting mail for some countries.  Here is a link to their list of countries CLICK:   POSTAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS & DELAYS   Scroll down on the USPS page for a list of countries reporting delays or service changes.

  • At this time, the United States Post Office is continuing with mail domestic delivery, and is still accepting Domestic & Most International mail.   Though the number of International flights has been greatly decreased, shipments will still be sent, it just WILL take longer than usual to arrive.  We estimate that it could take 60-90 days for arrival depending on how the COVID-19 progresses.  We ask for your patience while waiting for your purchase to arrive. We are seeing that shipments sent in March and April have been greatly.  Some were shipped by boat - which increases transit time by 5-6 weeks.  PLEASE BE PATIENT.  

  •  We are putting International buyers phone numbers on shipment labels to assist postal agencies with delivery.

  • For eBay auction purchases: We will are returning to the 2 week combining period and will be using eBay automation for non payment reminders.    

International buyers, if you wish to have tracking (registered mail) so that you can keep track of your shipments progress, please select Registered mail at check out - The cost is an additional $16.  (This is the actual cost that the USPS charges to register mail).  

US customers under $100 can have tracking added for an additional $2 (total $4).  Please select tracking at check out if you would like tracking added.
